Performs skilled work in several different crafts, particularly electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and related duties at the County's Human services office building.
70% Maintains electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems at Dr. Daniel Hale Williams Rock County Resource Center.
- Inspects motors, air conditioning units and related equipment.

Repairs, troubleshoots, replaces, and inspects electrical equipment, appliances and fixtures.

Performs mechanical maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs plumbing systems and fixtures.

Replaces piping, valves and other worn or damaged parts.

Checks and adjusts regulator valves for proper pressure.
10% Maintain grounds-
Operates commercial mowers and grounds equipment.

Performs routine maintenance on vehicles and outdoor equipment.
10% May participate in disaster evacuations when circumstances exist.
