Eastside Caregiver Needed

Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 3p-11p (32 hrs/week)

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to support a woman on the Eastside of Madison. As her caregiver, you'll play a vital role in empowering her to participate in community activities, engage in meaningful experiences, and develop a sense of independence :)
Responsibilities:
- Assist her in participating in community activities that promote socialization and skill-building
- Engage in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to her life
- Read and respond to triggers and tensions to ensure her emotional well-being
- Follow individualized support plans to provide tailored support and care
- Build a trusting relationship with her, founded on respect, empathy, and understanding
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and understanding of individuals with diverse needs
