HVAC Installer Apprentice

We’re currently seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our installation department and learn the trade of installing furnaces and air conditioning systems. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive starting pay with incremental raises based on performance and skill growth
- Opportunity to become an Installer Lead within 1–2 years, earning $24–$26/hour and $30+/hour with additional experience

Responsibilities:
- Deliver HVAC products and equipment to job sites in a timely manner
- Load and unload parts, materials, and equipment
- Assist lead installers with AC and furnace installations
- Learn the installation process and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Hard-working and dependable
- Trustworthy and professional attitude
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle physical work (lifting, carrying, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work overtime when asked which is often in the busy season
