Position Overview
A warm, engaged family in Southampton, NY is seeking a dedicated live-in nanny for their three children (ages 8, 6, and 4; pre-K, first, and third grade) for a true long-term role. The family travels frequently, and the nanny will travel with them during school vacations. One child (age 6) has sensory processing needs and possible ADHD; hands-on experience supporting a child with these needs is essential, along with helping the siblings navigate that dynamic. The home is set up to support him, including a dedicated OT/sensory space, and thrives on structure and active engagement. The nanny is supported by an au pair and separate housekeeping staff, so no deep cleaning is involved. The right candidate — warm, engaging, professional, and genuinely invested in the children — is the top priority.
