Your Role
As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll take the lead on commercial electrical projects while working closely with fellow electricians, project managers, and customers to deliver high quality work.
Responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings
- Installing conduit, wiring, lighting, panels, and electrical equipment
- Leading and mentoring crew members on job sites
- Coordinating daily work activities to keep projects on schedule
- Following company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving issues in the field
- Communicating professionally with customers, contractors, and project managers
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a dependable team.
Requirements include:
- Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
- Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent experience totaling at least 8,000 hours
- Valid driver's license
- Commercial electrical experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
