Residential Cleaning Technician
Arce's Cleaning Service is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team serving Orange County, California.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms
- Clean windows, blinds, baseboards, and other detailed surfaces as assigned
- Maintain professionalism and respect while working in clients' homes
- Follow safety procedures and company cleaning protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Arrive on time and ready to work
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Authorized to work in the United States
