What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
- Utilize your knife skills for precise meal preparation and presentation
- Assist in catering events, ensuring all food is prepared and served to perfection
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Provide support during service hours by efficiently plating dishes
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fast paced dining or catering
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Preferred qualifications
- Must Be Able To Work FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, & SUNDAYS
- 3-5 years experience as a line cook
- Familiarity with menu planning and special dietary requirements
- Culinary certifications or formal training in cooking techniques
