Job Overview:
Position: LPN/Travel LPN
Location: Parkersburg, WV 26101
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Pay range: $33/hr to $40/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to administer medication orally or by injection
- Knowledge of medication safety to alert physicians of any observations during care
- Understanding of wound care, such as dressing, cleaning.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and how to promote patient safety.
- Soft skills, such as empathy and interpersonal and communication, to support positive patient experiences
- Proficient in working with digital medical records systems
