Who We're Seeking
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a critical role, combining technical expertise in HubSpot with client relationship management to ensure seamless project execution and revenue growth for our clients.
Our CSM are responsible for juggling multiple projects, working closely with clients to help them set goals, optimize operations, and improve their KPIs. As the subject matter expert on HubSpot and RevOps, this role will also support other CSMs on key accounts as needed. They guide, train, and empower clients to leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential, ensuring an unrivaled experience.
As advocates for our clients, they ensure the quality of our services and identify growth opportunities. Ultimately, this role is about helping clients realize new levels of success through optimized revenue operations and strategic HubSpot usage.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has strong leadership qualities, and advocates for the client’s best interests. They find satisfaction in numbers, reports, and metrics, and celebrate each client milestone along the way.
The Responsibilities For This Role:
- Goal Setting & Strategy: Define clear objectives for clients and work with them to create a comprehensive roadmap, ensuring alignment with their sales, marketing, and service teams.
- HubSpot & Technical Setup: Take ownership of HubSpot implementations, from setup to integrations, ensuring smooth workflows and optimized processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Establish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reporting, using HubSpot dashboards to ensure data-driven insights guide strategic decisions.
- Process Roadmap: Build and implement process roadmaps for clients, ensuring that operational systems are efficient and aligned across functions.
- Client Relationship Management: Be the face of the agency for clients, holding regular meetings, setting up agendas, and managing communications. Proactively identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliverable QA: Oversee the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables, ensuring they meet both client expectations and agency standards before final delivery.
The Skills Needed For This Role:
- HubSpot Expertise – Deep understanding of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including integrations and automations.
- Interpersonal Skills and Emotional Intelligence – Ability to connect with clients, maintain client satisfaction, and foster a positive relationship.
- Adaptability and Versatility – Able to seamlessly switch between strategy, implementation, project management, and problem-solving tasks throughout the day.
- Strategic Thinking – Skilled in identifying opportunities, brainstorming solutions, and positioning cross-sell and upsell options that benefit the client.
- Project Management – Organized, with the ability to manage projects transparently, keeping goals, tasks, and timelines clear for all stakeholders.
- Ideal candidates have advanced experience in HubSpot and are comfortable navigating complex setups and integrations within the platform.

Base Salary: $55k-$65k, Bonuses
