Now hiring for a House Manager
Job Description: A House Manager is an excellent problem solver & quick on their feet to analyze critical situations. This role requires a concise communicator, understanding of how to use basic software, handyman skills, ability to assist in simple labor crew tasks, an eye to detail, ability to self-manage your time and duties, teamwork, and a fast learner. You will be assisting in maintenance and handyman requests in a luxury residential community and expected to have basic handyman knowledge/ability to resolve repair requests. It is expected for all house managers to be accountable for quickly spotting & reporting changes in any of your homes’ condition. WORK WEEK TO INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY EVERY SINGLE WEEK.
Duties & Requirements:
- Monthly & weekly inspections of all homes as needed
- Skilled handyman requests (re-securing baseboards, small grout/caulk repairs, toilet fill valve replacements, etc.)
- Consistent & timely communication with your team & clients
- Tech and computer savvy, must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
- HELPFUL, but not required- Usage or familiarity with Asana (Project Management program)
- Basic understanding of home appliances and ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Ability to confidently drive company vehicles safely
- Self-manage and distribute your time between all client properties throughout the week
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to assist in general labor tasks (tightening screws, changing bulbs, etc.)
- Comfortable working outside for a large portion of the day
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed & self-motivated

Starting pay at $25-$32/hr, raise after 90 days and successful employment review.
Profit sharing benefits provided after 1 year of employment.
