Restoration Unlimited is looking for a long term Carpenter person(s) to add to our fast pace and busy Restoration Company. These are full-time, year-round positions which include weekly overtime. Hourly wage starts from $25.00 per hour (plus overtime) *Experience Required
Job Responsibilities:
- Stock and maintain vehicle with proper tools and materials for the days work.
- Follow a daily schedule assigned to you for repair work
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall materials.
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding.
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing trash, scrap or leftover material; dispose of hazardous materials; follow safety and procedures; and make sure to be wearing personal protective equipment.
Qualifications:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- All applicants are subject to background check.
- Arrives at job sites on time as scheduled.
- Wears proper Personal Protective Equipment or PPE as required at all times.
- Ensures all work is performed using proper procedures and safety practices.
- All new hires will be subject to a 90-day evaluation probationary period.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
