IP Paralegal
McBee Moore & Vanik IP has an immediate opening for a paralegal that is experienced in both US and foreign filing. The candidate must have a 4 year college degree and have at least 2 and preferably 5+ years of experience in preparing and filing US and PCT applications and nationalizing patent applications with agents throughout the world. Experience with ePCT a plus. A suitable candidate will also be fully versed in the US patent prosecution process including preparing and filing all documents at the USPTO. Familiarity with Patricia/Patrix andAnaqua databases highly desired. The candidate must possess excellent computer skills and be able to work independently. Ability to handle trademark filings and trademark prosecution highly desired.
