Position Details
- Position: Medical Technologist (MT) / Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Location: Winnemucca, Nevada
- Facility: Humboldt General Hospital
- Shift: Evening/Night Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week

Salary
$50,000 – $55,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex laboratory testing in:
- Clinical Chemistry
- Hematology
- Blood Bank (Transfusion Services)
- Microbiology
- Ensure accurate specimen processing and test reporting.
- Follow laboratory quality assurance, quality control, and safety standards.
- Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital policies.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to support quality patient care.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Laboratory experience.
- Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor License (Required).
- Experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
- BLS/BCLS Certification required.
- Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills.
