Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our employees’ growth and development. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, and the ability to manage various HR functions effectively.

Duties
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, focusing on organizational design and change management.
- Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
- Lead conflict management initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Supervise HR staff, providing guidance on HR sourcing, training & development, and employee evaluation processes.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM for data collection and analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Ensure effective payroll processing through systems like Paychex or Dayforce while maintaining compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct interviews and manage recruitment processes using ATS tools like Taleo or UltiPro.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department to enhance efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including workers' compensation regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, budgeting, and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with various HR software systems such as Kronos, Paylocity, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
