Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing essential maintenance services to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

**Pay is dependent on experience**
Job Duties:
-Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services as outlined on work orders, ensuring speed and accuracy while following dealership and factory standards to support customer satisfaction.
-Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely customer service.
-Inspect fluid levels, filters, belts, tires, and other components, reporting any potential issues to Service Advisors.
-Provide clear, non-technical explanations to customers and team members regarding maintenance services and additional repairs.
-Stay up-to-date with factory maintenance standards and participate in dealership training as needed.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Entry-Level Certification (preferred).
-Completion of a technical training program (preferred but not required).
-Valid driver's license.
