Cost Accountant – Manufacturing
Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Compensation: Up to $75K
A well-established manufacturing organization in the Pennsauken area is seeking a Cost Accountant to join its Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role involving cost accounting, inventory, manufacturing operations, and month-end accounting.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and reconcile inventory across production and warehouse operations
- Maintain standard costs and assist with product and landed-cost analysis
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory
- Review production orders, purchase orders, and inventory activity
- Analyze inventory and GL variances and prepare journal entries
- Review gross profit and cost trends
- Support month-end close and special projects with the Controller
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Cost/inventory accounting experience within manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- ERP experience
