Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Stocker to oversee our Grocery operations. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Lead Stocker, you will be responsible for managing daily Grocery activities, ensuring optimal inventory control, and leading a team to achieve production goals while maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise grocery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory control, including stocker management, ordering, and backroom organization
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development.
- Ensure that in stock conditions are met daily
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
