Property Technician
Aloha Cleaning, LLC is a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company. Founded mid-pandemic, our work is not only crucial to general hygiene, but to the maintenance of the commercial properties we are responsible for.
As a Property Technician, you are a member of the Aloha team. We clean commercial properties through a variety of methods. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING MORNING AND AFTERNOON availabilities, so if that fits your needs please apply!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
- No criminal record (some exceptions are possible with explanation)
- Some cleaning experience preferred, not required.
- Currently enrolled University students are preferred, not required.
- Ability to work by yourself, with integrity, and the ability to accept feedback when given are a must. This job requires a high degree of independence and you will be responsible for your assigned jobs in their entireties.
- Must be able to work in dirty environments such as, but not limited to, well-trafficked bathrooms, underground parking lots, and newly-built constructions.
