Position Overview
Ruby Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel & Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple hotel properties within our portfolio. This individual will be responsible for developing new corporate accounts, maintaining key client relationships, generating group business, and maximizing room revenue opportunities throughout Ruby Hospitality's hotels, event centers and catering.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospect and secure new corporate, government, healthcare, education, construction, and project-based accounts.
- Develop strategic partnerships that generate room night production across multiple Ruby Hospitality properties.
- Conduct outside sales calls, networking events, and client visits.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for negotiated rate agreements.
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing and new corporate accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for key business partners.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and production analysis.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Group & Extended Stay Sales
- Generate group room blocks and small meeting business.
- Target sports teams, training groups, contractors, relocation business, and extended-stay opportunities.
- Coordinate with hotel management teams to ensure successful execution.
Revenue & Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with property leadership on pricing and sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track sales activities and production.
Portfolio Support
- Promote all Ruby Hospitality hotels based on client needs and market opportunities.
- Work closely with General Managers and property teams to maximize revenue across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales, hospitality sales, or business development experience.
- Solid longevity in past positions.
- Strong understanding of corporate, group, and extended-stay sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
