Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing facility operations or warehouse experience preferred/not a must
- Knowledge of packaging equipment, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with GMP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and manufacturing SOPs
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues on packaging machinery
- Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks
- Excellent communication skills for interpreting production documents and following detailed instructions
Local Wadsworth company looking for Day shift and Night Shift packers. The day shift is 7a-7p and you work approximately 15 days a months working 3 days one week and four days the next week which includes every other weekend. $16.50/hr. for day shift. The night shift hours are 7p-7a and the pay is $17.50/hr. Your Gross Monthly pay would be between $2904 - $3080 Monthly. Positions fill quickly! This is a fast paced position, you will be on your feet for 12 hours wearing steel toed boots. Must have good coordination and a great at multitasking.
