What We Do
We specialize in essential transportation services, ensuring every student has access to education and activities. Our expertise includes:
- Special Needs Transportation: Specialized care for students with disabilities.
- McKinney-Vento Support: Ensuring educational stability for students in transition.
- Early Education: Safe, gentle transport for our youngest learners.
Compensation & Role
- Independent Contractor (1099): Enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule.
- Schedule & Stability: Consistent 5 days a week work schedule providing a stable and reliable income.
- Pay Structure: Drivers are paid per trip with a minimum of $40 and up to $80 per trip.
- Daily Volume: Drivers typically complete an average of 4 to 6 trips per day.
- Earning Potential: High-volume opportunities allow drivers to earn up to $300+ a day.
- Vehicle: Drivers will use their own personal vehicle for student transportation.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Safety Record: A clean background check and clean driving history.
- Vehicle Ownership: Must have a reliable personal vehicle (15 years old or newer).
- Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain an SBP (School Bus Permit). (Assistance is provided to obtain the permit, though the independent contractor will bear the associated costs).
- Mindset: Must be deeply passionate about children's safety and provide a positive environment.
Duties
- Safely transport students to and from school, extracurriculars, and special events.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is safe and functioning properly.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and parents regarding schedules.
