Key Responsibilities:
- Support Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, activities, and mobility training.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and best practices.
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
- Adaptability to work in skilled nursing facilities and rehab settings.
- Ability to follow treatment protocols and adjust care as needed.
Requirements:
- Active California PTA license.
- 1+ years of experience in physical therapy (SNF experience preferred).
- Current BLS Certification (AHA preferred).
