Role Overview
This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business through door-to-door prospecting and outbound outreach.
· 70% Field Sales: Direct, in-person prospecting at warehouses and industrial facilities
· 30% Office-Based: Cold calling, appointment setting, CRM reporting, and pipeline management

Key Responsibilities
· HUNT FOR NEW BUSINESS: Prospect warehouses and logistics facilities through daily in-person visits (door-to-door).
· Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close new accounts consistently
· Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to set meetings and drive conversions
· Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM systems
· Develop and deliver tailored service presentations
· Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs
· Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
· Coordinate site visits and ensure professional client engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile
· Proven success in outside sales / B2B / door-to-door sales
· Strong “hunter” mentality — self-motivated, resilient, and competitive
· Comfortable with high rejection environments and fast-paced activity
· Excellent communication and closing skills
· Highly organized with strong time management
· Must have reliable transportation
· Logistics or warehousing experience (preferred)
· Trilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin) is a plus

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:
· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
· Able to bend, lift, stoop, crawl, sitting and standing for extended periods.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity, if necessary.
· Ability to hear and understand audible signals and instructions in a noisy environment.
· Good vision, including depth perception and peripheral vision.
· Exposure to loud noises and vibration.
· Clear verbal and nonverbal communication abilities to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and report any safety concerns promptly.
· Ability to move through warehouse/offices safely.
