OneTree Health is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing Nashville healthcare practice.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, keeps people and processes organized, and knows what it takes to keep a busy medical practice running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
* Manage provider and patient scheduling in Athenahealth
* Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, PTO, and clinic coverage
* Support and supervise clinical and administrative teams
* Manage patient communications, referrals, and follow-ups
* Track operational workflows and outstanding tasks in Monday.com
* Support billing, insurance, reporting, and administrative needs
* Develop and improve SOPs and clinic processes
* Monitor scheduling utilization, cancellations, no-shows, and other practice metrics
* Ensure HIPAA and practice policies are consistently followed
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in medical practice management, healthcare operations, or clinic administration
* Experience managing or supervising healthcare teams
* Strong understanding of patient and provider scheduling
* EMR/EHR experience required; Athenahealth strongly preferred
* Monday.com experience is a plus
* Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Someone proactive who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution
Experience with personal injury, medical-legal workflows, or lien-based healthcare is a plus, but not required.
