Be the Friendly Face Behind the BBQ!
Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue is looking for a friendly, energetic Carryout Cashier to help make sure every guest gets great BBQ with great service!
You’ll take orders, process payments, answer menu questions, and work alongside the Carryout team to make sure every order is accurate and ready to go.
What You’ll Do
- Take carryout orders in person and over the phone.
- Answer guest questions about our menu and specials.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Help package and prepare orders for pickup.
- Assist with lobby and curbside order delivery.
- Communicate with the Carryout team to keep orders moving.
- Jump in and help at other Carryout stations when needed.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and guest-ready.
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
