What You’ll Do
- Create exceptional guest experiences with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Manage bookings, guest inquiries, and phone calls with care and precision
- Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and detail-oriented
- Work closely with a supportive team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Be a steady, friendly presence at the front desk of a busy, beloved spa

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and a confident, professional phone presence
- The ability to stay organized, focused, and kind under pressure
- Saturday and Sunday availability, with a mix of day and evening shifts
- A genuine interest in wellness, hospitality, and helping people have a great day
