Your Responsibilities
As General Manager of Store #4388, you will lead the overall operation of the store, including:
- Recruiting, training, and developing a dependable team
- Building a strong management bench
- Creating effective schedules based on sales and business needs
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining outstanding product quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Managing food, labor, mileage, waste, cash, and controllable costs
- Reviewing performance results and creating practical improvement plans
- Coaching team members consistently and recognizing strong performance
- Creating a positive, professional, and accountable workplace
- Developing team members for future advancement
Compensation and Benefits
