We’re looking for a vibrant, bubbly, genuinely caring Patient Care Coordinator to be the face and personality of our front office.
This isn’t just a receptionist position. You are the first impression. You are the welcome. You are part of the experience.

- Is comfortable being in photos/videos and helping create a few social media posts each week
- Would genuinely enjoy helping plan patient appreciation events, team events, office celebrations, and fun surprises
- Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
✨ What You’ll Do
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors.
Your day may include:
Patient Experience
- Greeting every patient with warmth and enthusiasm
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering phones and helping patients with questions
- Building genuine relationships with our patients
- Learning patient preferences, stories, and important details
- Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for
- Creating a welcoming, beautiful, upbeat front-office environment
Communication & Scheduling
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Communicating treatment and financial information clearly
- Helping patients understand their next steps
- Following up with patients when needed
- Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
Social Media & Marketing
- Helping create several fun social media posts each week
- Capturing photos and videos around the office
- Highlighting our team, patients, celebrations, and the personality of our practice
- Bringing creative ideas to our social media presence
Fun & Events
- Helping plan patient appreciation events
- Coming up with creative ways to make patients feel special
- Helping coordinate office celebrations and team events
- Bringing new ideas to the table instead of saying, “That’s how we’ve always done it.”
