Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care within group home settings. Our patients range from 5 years old to 90 years old and receive services through the iBudget Waiver Program, which supports individuals with developmental disabilities.
As an LPN with our team, you will deliver exceptional nursing care while educating patients and families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, able to work with minimal supervision, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
Patient Population
Individuals served may have developmental disabilities including:
- Intellectual Disabilities (Full Scale IQ of 70 or below)
- Severe forms of Autism
- Spina Bifida Cystica or Myelomeningocele
- Cerebral Palsy
- Prader-Willi syndrome
- Down syndrome
- Phelan-McDermid syndrome
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to provide the best possible care and guidance
- Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate findings to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized care plans
- Perform routine nursing procedures (blood pressure monitoring, injections, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Perform and manage G-tube / J-tube feedings and update patient charts
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the facility (decontaminate equipment, sanitize surfaces, prepare beds)
- Provide immediate care during medical emergencies
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
