Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day park operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and full regulatory compliance across all attractions.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and visual appeal throughout the park.
- Troubleshoot equipment, coordinate facility repairs, and manage opening/closing procedures.
Team Leadership & Staffing
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and mentor a high-performing team of attraction operators, guest service staff, and supervisors.
- Build a supportive, accountable team culture focused on professional growth, workplace safety, and operational excellence.
- Deliver ongoing training, performance feedback, and active floor supervision.
Guest Experience & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the primary leader on duty for guest inquiries, feedback, and complex issue resolution.
- Ensure every guest receives prompt, friendly, and solution-focused service.
- Maintain a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere across all touchpoints.
Hands-On Execution
- Lead by example across all operational duties, stepping in to operate attractions, assist at guest service counters, or support clean-up efforts during peak hours.
- Manage inventory, concession supplies, and attraction supplies to maintain seamless daily workflow.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, amusement, or team-oriented environments.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of mentoring diverse teams and fostering positive workplace culture.
- Problem Solving: Calm under pressure with strong quick-thinking and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays aligned with peak guest traffic.
- Physical Requirement: Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the park during shift hours.
Pay: $38,400.00 - $46,000.00 per year
