Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our wholesale clothing sales team in a full-time, in-office role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves assisting with daily sales operations, order management, customer communication, and administrative support to help ensure smooth business operations and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales manager with daily meetings and follow up
- Process orders, track shipments, and follow up with buyers
- Communicate with buyers and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with showroom appointments and sample management
- Handle data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a showroom sales assistant or similar role
- Experience in wholesale apparel/fashion industry preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
