We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Youngstown!
The maintenance technician will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues inside the apartments, making repairs, preparing units for new tenants, completing service requests in a timely manner, and general housekeeping/grounds keeping to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors.
Must be motivated, available to work in all weather conditions and “on call” for emergencies. (This will be on a rotating basis)

The ideal candidate would be experienced with service and repair in the following areas:
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- Basic Plumbing
- HVAC experience is a plus!
- Drywall
Additional Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, detail oriented, willing to learn new skills. Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience.
Pre-employment drug screening, physical exam and background check will be required before starting employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
