Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential homes. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs promptly.
- Be able to work well as an individual or within a team.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored/maintained properly after each job.
- Report any issues or hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively.
- A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to various environments.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow client instructions regarding their needs.
