Looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a Direct Hire position in the Phoenix area. $100-125K.
Scope of positions:
Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing lightning protection and grounding projects from contract award through final completion. This position ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable industry codes. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, electrical contractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining strong communication throughout the life of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple lightning protection and grounding projects simultaneously from startup through closeout.
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work to ensure complete understanding of project requirements.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and electrical drawings related to lightning protection and grounding installations.
- Coordinate project schedules with customers, general contractors, electrical contractors, suppliers, and field personnel, in collaboration with the General Superintendent.
