Mari’s Little Lambs is hiring two staff members to support our after-school program at Rock Creek Elementary school. We’re looking for team players who are relationship driven, responsible, and ready to make a difference!
Position Details:
- Supervise and engage with students aged 5-12
- Update activities on our parent app and communicate with parents
- Provide daily crafts, reading challenges, STEM building, games, and routines
- Help monitor snack, recess, and clean-up
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all students
- Afternoon shifts available: 2:00–5:30 PM

Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Active in the DELC Criminal Background Registry https://secure.emp.state.or.us/ccd/ (Note: This is a 2-step process involving an online application and fingerprinting.)
- Must complete safety set courses within 30 days of hire
- Leadership must have 1 year of experience working with children in a structured setting
- Enjoys working with children and forming lasting relationships
- Understands the need for safety and supervision
- Reliable, flexible, and focused
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
