- Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.
- Support special events and outings to enhance resident engagement.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in recreation, social work, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in activity coordination, elder care, or related roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about enhancing residents’ quality of life.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed.
