The Market Partner will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and supporting the team, creating accountability in the field, and helping establish strong momentum in the Chantilly market.
This role includes:
- Leading market-level sales performance and team development
- Recruiting, training, and supporting sales representatives
- Driving accountability around lead generation, inspections, claims, approvals, and production
- Supporting customer experience and operational follow-through
- Building a strong local team culture and market presence
