Compensation: Up to $38.00 per hour, commensurate with professional background and interview performance.

2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to execute complex mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of facility infrastructure and production machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Please note that this role requires a moderate level of physical activity.
Core Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve issues related to combustion, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Establish effective repair strategies to minimize downtime and prevent future equipment failures.

Utilize Control Logix, PLC 5, and SLC 500 software to navigate ladder logic for efficient fault diagnosis.

Support the team by modifying positions and troubleshooting ABB robotic models including M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.

Execute the installation, relocation, and precise alignment of both new and existing machinery.

Operate diverse machine shop tools with high efficiency to maintain production standards.

Conduct both electric and gas welding tasks as required by the facility.

Ensure all repair documentation is accurate while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Execute proactive and preventative maintenance schedules to keep plant equipment running smoothly.

Assist with additional tasks as directed by team leadership or supervisors.

Leverage ladder logic expertise in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix to improve system reliability.

Maintain operational integrity by diagnosing and adjusting ABB robotic systems like the M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.

Perform welding duties to help ensure the structural integrity of plant equipment.

Analyze complex malfunctions to implement lasting repairs that keep the facility running at peak performance.
Candidate Qualifications:

Completion of a GED or High School diploma.

Minimum of 48 months of relevant experience in robotics, hydraulics, welding, and Allen Bradley systems, with proficiency in troubleshooting die casting cells using schematics and PLCs.

Possession of technical or vocational certifications or relevant college-level coursework.
