Quality Control Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Project Quality Control Plan (QCP) in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct daily construction quality inspections to ensure work complies with project specifications and drawings.
- Verify material quality, coordinate inspections and testing, and monitor third-party quality control activities.
- Prepare and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain inspection reports, test records, material certifications, and quality logs.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to resolve quality issues and support client documentation.
- Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and site safety procedures are properly followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
