We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our fast casual restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, seating them promptly, and providing excellent customer service. The Host/Hostess will also be responsible for managing the restaurant's waitlist, taking reservations, and ensuring all guests have a pleasant dining experience. Must be available to work in the evening until 9 pm.(CLOSED ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS)
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with bussing tables and serving tables.
- Provide customers with accurate information about menu items.
- Manage seating arrangements for large parties.
- Help customers with special requests.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
