We’re seeking an experienced Optical Sales Lead to take ownership of our optical department, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone confident, outgoing, and motivated by results.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of optical experience (clinical or retail)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven history of closing sales and exceeding goals
- Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, coatings, and optical products
- Experience contributing to practice growth and patient retention
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow optical sales, increasing revenue and patient satisfaction
- Educate patients on eyewear, lens technology, and treatments
- Confidently recommend premium eyewear solutions and close sales
- Support clinical flow with efficient pre-testing
- Take ownership of inventory, merchandising, and presentation
- Collaborate with providers on prescriptions and patient solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell, retain patients, and grow the practice
