Sebanda Insurance #69 is expanding our Commercial Lines division.
We are seeking a true Commercial Lines Agent — someone comfortable with BOP, GL, Commercial Auto, and For-Hire Trucking.
This is NOT a personal lines role.
Responsibilities:
- Quote and bind BOP, GL, Commercial Auto
- Handle For-Hire Trucking (MC#, DOT#, filings)
- Work directly with underwriters
- Review loss runs and exposure data
- Build referral channels (contractors, trucking companies, etc.)
- Structure accounts properly (limits, additional insureds, endorsements)
Requirements:
- Active 2-20 License
- Minimum 1–2 years commercial production experience
- Experience with:
- Commercial Auto fleets
- For-hire trucking
- Certificates of insurance
- Loss runs
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
Compensation:
- Base + aggressive commission structure
- Higher earning ceiling than personal lines
- Book-building support
- Marketing support
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
