You'll be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring safety standards, and supporting the manufacturing of innovative products that meet our high-quality benchmarks.
Duties
- Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure continuous production flow.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues.
- Assist with the setup and adjustment of machinery, including forklifts if certified, to optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any operational challenges.
- Support warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and inventory management when needed.
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line processes are essential.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and forklifts (certification preferred but not required). 1ST 2ND & 3RD SHIFT AVAILABLE
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort with logistics and material handling.
