Izakaya LaLa is a new Japanese izakaya scheduled to open on September 25, 2026. We are looking for experienced full-time team members who can perform restaurant operations at a high level and help train and develop other employees.
Pre-opening training will be provided at one of our affiliated restaurants.

Pay:
Starting at $17 per hour + Tips + Bonus Program
Compensation and bonus eligibility are determined according to our internal Grade System, which evaluates skill level, responsibilities, performance, and ability to train team members.
Bonus Program:
- Beginning in 2027, eligible bonuses will be paid every three months based on Grade criteria.
- Eligible 2026 bonus amounts will be paid as a lump sum in February 2027.
Schedule:
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Evening availability required
- Expected operating shift: approximately 5:30 PM–12:30 AM
Position Requirements:
- Restaurant experience required
- Must be able to train and support other employees
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow and maintain company standards
- Leadership experience is preferred
- No specific language requirement
- Interest in Japanese food culture and hospitality is welcome
