Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Mobile Engineer to join our dynamic technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications across various platforms to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience. Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical equipment repair, HVAC system repair, plumbing systems, and building interior maintenance affecting mobile device operations.
- Maintain detailed schematics, technical documentation, and system diagrams to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities equipment maintenance, electrical work, plumbing systems, and HVAC systems to identify potential issues affecting mobile infrastructure.
- Supervise maintenance painting projects and oversee the use of hand tools during repairs or installations.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and document repairs.
- Lead safety protocols during maintenance activities involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical equipment repair, or welding tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training team members on the proper use of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities equipment maintenance with a focus on electrical work, HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, and mechanical knowledge.
- Strong background in electrical equipment repair, schematics reading, and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, carpentry skills, and maintenance painting.
- Experience working within manufacturing or facilities maintenance environments with a solid understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various repair tasks; ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English; capable of supervising teams effectively while demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform building interior maintenance tasks including HVAC system repair, electrical work, plumbing repairs, and general facilities upkeep.
- Demonstrated experience in residential or commercial painting projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
