We're looking for a Senior Process Engineer with 5+ years of experience scaling catalytic technologies from pilot to commercial scale. You'll play a central role in designing, constructing, and commissioning the technology. This role is with a climate tech company converting a waste carbon resource into valuable, supply-secure industrial chemicals.
Required Core Competencies:
- 5+ years scaling catalytic technologies from pilot to commercial
- Pilot-scale equipment procurement, integration, and troubleshooting
- Pilot plant commissioning and operation
- Recycling loop experience
- Gas-to-liquids experience (syngas-to-methanol preferred)
- EPC collaboration on FOAK commercial unit design
- Aspen Plus or similar process simulation software
Preferred Qualifications:
- PLC/SCADA design and integration
- Experience with modular process systems
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
