Growing multi-location rebar fabricator and building materials distributor seeking an experienced Production Manager for our West Palm Beach fabrication yard.
This is not an entry level position. Do not apply if you have not worked directly in a rebar fabrication environment.
The Role
You will own daily production operations at a high-volume rebar fabrication yard. You are responsible for hitting tonnage targets, managing your crew, coordinating material flow, and keeping equipment running. You report directly to company leadership and are expected to operate with minimal supervision.
What You Will Manage
- Shear line and automated bending equipment operations
- Daily production scheduling and tonnage targets
- Material handling — inbound bar stock, outbound fabricated product
- Crew supervision and performance
- Coordination with detailing, logistics, and sales
- Equipment maintenance coordination
- Yard safety and compliance
Requirements
- Direct rebar fabrication experience — shear lines, CNC benders, coil processing
- aSa software proficiency — non-negotiable
- Familiarity with automated bending equipment (MEP, Schnell, KRB, or equivalent)
- Material handling and logistics coordination experience
- Ability to read and interpret bar lists, shop tickets, and CRSI shapes
- Strong crew management skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Compensation
Commensurate with experience. This is a serious role with serious pay for the right candidate. Base plus performance bonus is part of package.
Rebar fabrication experience required. Bilingual candidates preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
