Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive make-ready tasks including painting, cleaning, repairs, and basic carpentry to prepare units for occupancy
- Conduct electrical work such as troubleshooting circuits, replacing outlets, and diagnosing issues
- Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and ohmmeters to test electrical systems and ensure proper functionality
- Execute residential painting with precision to enhance unit aesthetics and meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using AppFolio
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally
- Support team members in completing tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, residential painting, or apartment turnover roles
- Previous experience in a maintenance or make ready position preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and residents
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
