The overnight shift production line operator will operate a plastic extrusion line, package, and put away finished spools.
The day of a production line operator includes warming up and starting the production line equipment, preparing raw materials for production, monitoring the production line for anomalies, changing out spools as they are completed, and packaging the finished spools.
Every day will be slightly different with different materials, colors, and spool sizes being produced, but the overall process and responsibilities will be the same.
