A growing and safety minded apartment management company seeks full-time Property Manager for San Antonio Southside properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conduction property tours and interviewing prospective residents
- Addressing and resolving residents’ questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and negotiating contracts
- Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities
- Managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and resident notices
- Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new residents
- Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records
- Reporting of problems or issues to Managers
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience with property leasing and management
- Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in apartment management and leasing software
- Proficiency in Resman - preferred
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping
- Prior to employment pass criminal background screening
- Be willing to work flexible hours/days/weekends/nighttime on call
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work involves daily exposure to weather elements including heat, cold, humidity, wind and precipitation.
- Frequent contact with residents in and outside of their apartment homes.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, walk up and downstairs, stand, sit, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, use fingers and hands, and able to walk the property in its entirety.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, as needed.
- Must refrain from smoking anywhere on the property

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
